12 M5 16mm Screws

NOTE: the kit shifts the shaft up about .24" due to the new leadnut thickness. you will need to orientate the brackets to do this or you will have binding issues.
Kit should bolt right in. Only thing you will need to do at home is to open up the hole size on the coupler to match the shaft size of the motor.
